I found this adapter along with many other DDR secret service items like 14 SR-899 Zeiss lenses and accessories and a Robot lens. However this might not have to do with the Stasi items.
Adapters show minor signs of prior use and are in very good condition. Shows no scuffing, no scratches, no dings, no indentations, minor paint rub off.
NOTE THE SCREW RETAINING RING FOR THE 300MM LENS IS NOT PROVIDED.
