The lens elements are in very good condition. No cleaning marks, no scratches, no haze, no fungus, no separation. Shows no dust particles inside. Aperture blades show some wear and clean. Aperture open and close perfectly and very smooth. Focus turns smooth. Bellows are light leak free. Camera lens unit folds open perfectly. Film winds on smooth. Comes with 620 take up spool and leather case.
