It's original and never used. It has downward viewing prisms. It allows you to sit, lying down or walk upright and see what is on the ground or table in front of you and very easy to switch to see what is in front and facing you. Looking through the prism gives you an up right, left/right correct image.
Shows some wear of age on the ear rests, however I think it was never used. Prisms are 30mm wide
Total width is 133mm. Collectors item. Original vintage.
