Works perfectly. Looks like the fluid is evaporated. However, it works perfectly.
Still a very nice piece. All moves smooth and pointer stops quickly. The dial moves smooth and has a 45mm diameter.
Total size is 59x76mm. The top arrow glows in the dark. The mirroring part shows some discoloring.
Shows minor signs of prior use and is overall in very good condition. Shows minor scuffing, minor scratches, no dings, no indentations. Opens easily. Very nice device and very well constructed. Comes in original leather case and with original tag.
