Pretty sure these lenses are from a Cambo Multishot camera. Not 100% sure, but nothing else comes to mind.
Lenses are clean and bright. Lenses have no focus system and no aperture.
Apart from the mentioned dents the camera shows some signs of prior use and is overall in pretty good condition. Lenses holder shows some scuffs, some scratches, no cracks, shows paint rub off.
Elements are in very good condition. No cleaning marks, no scratches, no haze, no fungus, no separation & no dust.
