Never seen a meter like this before. The round finder comes into focus on the ground glass. It enlarges approx.X6.
I could not test it and I think a older model battery was used to operate this meter. I therefor could not test it and should be considered nonfunctional.
The meter is in fairly good condition. It shows moderate signs of prior use. It shows some scuffs, paint rub off, no dings, no dents and minor scratches. Glass in very good, bright and clean condition. All moves smooth. See pictures for more details.
