Total length is 15.5cm. Height is 3.5cm. When I first picked it up white powder, most probably magnesium powder, came out of the tube.
Clearly it need to be inserted into something, give the two clips at both sides of the cup.
It shows some wear of prior use and is in good condition and mostly aging. Shows minor scuffs, few small scratches, no dings, no cracks, nothing broke off. Release lever moves smoothly.
