Overall the camera is in very good condition. It shows some wear, really not that much. Spirit level is dry. Counter works. Plate changing system works.
This model has a fixed focus lens system. Zeiss 86mm Anastigmat f/18 lenses.
Shutter is working at all speeds with slight differences between settings. B setting doesn’t work. Finder bright and complete and in very good condition. Adjusting speeds is smooth. Size is 9X18CM plates. Really a very nice camera. Shows minor scuff marks, some scratches, no cracks. Some wear due to tripod use. Adjusting aperture is smooth. Aperture in good condition, with some wear. Rotate smooth. The lens elements are in very good condition. Show no cleaning marks, no scratches, no fungus, no separation, no haze on or in between the elements. Beautiful conditioned camera. Comes in original case. In the year 1889 this model camera received a ‘medaille or’ (golden medal) in Paris.
