Rare complete Jamin Darlot Portrait and Paysage(landscape) convertible Petzval lens. 17cm tall and front element diameter is 5.5cm. Comes with the landscape unit as shown with 2 stop rings, 2 caps, one for landscape and one for portrait and one portrait stop ring. Focus moves smooth. The glass is in very good and clean condition. No separation, no cleaning marks, no scratches, no fungus.
Rare wet plate Reygondaud camera shows some signs of prior use and overall in good condition. Just some small scuffs, some scratches, few dings, no cracks, no dents. Also shows black discoloring of the wood due to use in the past.
Bellows moves smoothly, is light leak free and in very good condition. The ground glass is clean and in very good condition. Exact size of the ground glass is 17.5x17.5cm.
The lens is in very good condition. Shows no dings, no dents, minor scuff marks, no scratches. Shows minor age related wear.
