The screw thread of the bull eye is worn out. Elements sits loose on its holder.
The microscope illuminator, with nice round 101mm diameter base, is overall in good condition. Illuminator shows some signs of prior use. Shows superficial and small surface scratches and tarnishing at the metal parts. The glass is in overall good condition too. Shows some small scratches only.
The base is exactly 33.5cm, 13.19” tall. C. 1870
