Slide viewer bulb doesn’t go on when I insert batteries.Lighter sparks. Not fluid filled and tested. Should be working.
Lighter/Viewer shows some signs of prior use and is overall in good condition. Shows minor scuffing, few small scratches, no dings, no cracks, minor handling wear. Dial moves smooth. Functions on 2 cr14 batteries. Very nice collectable.
