ANTIQUE NEWTON RINGS? GLASSES, GOGGLES SHOWS 3D, STEREO RAINBOW COLORS

The glass is in good condition. Nickel plated frame. Shows some corrosion here and there, not that much. When wearing the glasses the glass part sits in an almost horizontal way extended from your head and only when looking up, you look through the glass part. While looking through it the image you see is with green and pink outlines, just like 3D images. But isn’t real 3D. Reminds me of Newton rings. When looking at a black text the text becomes green/pink/green form top to bottom. When looking at a light source one sees rainbow like colors. What is was or is used for I wish I knew. The glass is in very good condition, is clean and shows no scratches or scuffs. Glass sizes 30x89mm.
