I’m not sure this is a Boulade makers case. I had/have one with the same marking on the handle plate, but these handles were made by a company and delivering to many different camera brand makers in France. It is in overall good and in original condition. Most probably for an antique projectors lens. What instrument originally was delivered in this case is unknown.Shows no gaps. Hinges in good working condition. Shows some scuff marks and scratches. For details please refer to the pictures. Made C. 1930.
