Comes with 80mm diameter flange. Flange has no screw holes.
The lens is overall in good condition. Barrel shows some signs of prior use. Barrel shows few small scratches, no dings, no dents, some tarnishing, some scuff marks.
Aperture works smooth and blades show minor wear. The elements are in good condition. Shows some superficial scratches/cleaning marks, no haze, no fungus, shows separation. See pictures. Shows no dust particles inside. Comes without lens caps, with flange.
