I do not know what the E.L. stands for. I assume these are the maker initials.
The hand microscope is in good condition. Magnification is approx. 10-15xx. In focus a few millimeters form the element. And you’ll need only the small part. The tube is just a keeper. It shows some signs of prior use. No dents, no dings. Element is in very good condition. Image is clear and bright. You’ll need a steady hand and some good light to focus.
