Probably never used. Shows no signs of prior use. Comes in original makers box. Lid of box is missing.

The adapter is in very good, mint condition. Lettering is bright and clean. Shows no dings, no dents, no chrome rub off, no scuff marks and no scratches.
Hinges perfectly. It has a 22mm inner thread, square attachment is 31mm wide. Slides into the slots of the eye cup and a rubber eye cup or angle finder can be screwed into the 22mm thread.
