ANTIQUE BRASS SHUTTER PUMP RELEASE INSTEAD OF RUBBER BELLOWS VIEW CAMERA

Quite rare. That is I never saw one before. The piston’ leather ring shrunk over time and is not sealing of the chamber. Needs to be replaced in order to actually work.
The plunger is spring ‘driven’ and works perfectly. Pump is brass and made c1900-1910. Beautiful piece.

Pump shows some signs of prior use and is overall in very good condition. Shows some scuffs and scratches, no dings, no dents. Brass shows some tarnishing.
