Doesn’t respond to light. The top wheel is disconnected tot the settings wheel. Small metal piece for battery is loose. Battery compartment clean.
Meter is overall in clearly used condition shows signs of prior use. Pointer moves freely.
It shows scuffing, scratches, small dings, no dents, no cracks. All dials and settings move smooth.
