The magnifier cover is in poor condition. Magnification is approx. 8X. It is unclear what kind of material the holder is. Most probably hornA large piece of the holder is missing and the other side shows a repair. A piece of brass is used for the repair. It shows moderate signs of prior use. It shows scratches and scuff marks. No glass chipped off. For details see pictures. Diameter is 87mm.Comes without the case that is beneath the magnifier.
