Aperture setting moves smooth. The elements are in very good condition. No cleaning marks, no scratches, no haze, no fungus, no separation. Shows no dust particles inside. Aperture blades show no wear and are clean, open and close perfectly smooth. Focus turns smooth. Lens comes with original caps and original Nikon 50mm 1.4 hood. I tested the hood on this lens and it is vignetting at the edges.
