Instructions in Dutch says that it is a fine adjustment tool, but I cannot figure out how to use it. It has the standard 3/8" tripod connection thread.
Tripod connector for Sinar cameras. It is in good condition. At the bottom the lower knob the plastic partially broke off, but it still turns. Shows moderate signs of prior use. Smoothly tightens/locks and loosens.
