The ‘body’ of the case doesn’t seem original and it is a hard case, This case is harder than an original Leica camera case. The lens cup is original Leitz. Case has only the short strap. Has a purple lining.
Case is in overall very good condition. Shows some signs of prior use. It shows minor small scuff marks and scratches. Stitches in very good condition. Strap is solid. Closes perfectly and camera can be securely attached to the bottom. It has the large thread, 3/8th”, connection. A nice ready case for your IIC, IIIC, IIF or IIIF camera. Fits Leica 50mm Summicron, Summar or Summitar collapsible lenses. Cameras III, IIIA, IIIB will also fit. Check if your camera has the 3/8th” thread at the bottom.
