Has no brand name on it, but given the diameter and quality I’m sure it is Zeiss. Inner diameter if the tube is 23mm.
The tubes are overall in good condition. Shows superficial and small surface scratches and tarnishing on the metal parts. The glass element is in very good condition. Shows no scratches and some dust, but doesn’t interfere with the view. Both come with dust caps.
