TOUGODO HOMER CAMERA? (YELLOW ARROW) HIT TYPE 14X14MM SUBMINIATURE JAPAN MADE?

Missing its front. Due to the yellow arrow on the film winding knob I suspect it is a Tougodo Homer.Not sure. This one weighs 57 grams as to a actually proven Homer Hit style is 48 grams complete.  Also the corners are more squared than a actual Homer Hit-Style.
Camera in very nice condition. Shows minor wear at the cover, no aging to the metal. No dents, no dings, no scuff marks and no scratches. Chrome in very good condition. Shows no corrosion. The cover is in good condition and nothing missing. Shutter works. Bright and clean finder, slight cloudiness.
