These models are unknown. Only single and double front flap models are known.
This is a single flap model with a roller blind shutter at the back. The blow bellows on the inside to trigger the roller blind shutter is in very good condition and still works. Both roller blinds in light leak free condition. Shutter cocks and fires. Second blind lost some tension and closes only completely when set at positions 4 & 5. At 3 it doesn’t close fully, but is an easy fix.

Shutter works. Shutter single flap opens and closes smoothly.
Shows minor signs of prior use. Shows minor scratches. Diameter of the lens attachment hole is 88mm and the size of the shutter is 145x137x38.5mm.
