Aperture set ring starts at f/8 up to f/64. On the lens front it says f/6.3. The engraved word ’TESSAR’ the R seems off. Also it has 4 lenses in 2 groups. Not the Tessar lay out. Might be a fake.
The lens thread is 38mm in diameter. Lens comes without flange.
Lens is with hood 30mm tall and a 32mm outside diameter of the barrel. Aperture moves smooth, blades show wear. Has 9 blades.
Lens comes into focus at approx. 120mm full open at infinity, rear element to ground glass distance.
The lens is overall in good condition. Barrel shows some signs of prior use. Barrel shows no dings, no dents, some tarnishing, some scuff marks, some paint rub off. The elements are in very good condition. Shows no cleaning marks, no scratches, no haze, no fungus, no separation. Shows no dust particles inside.
