Shutter is stuck, film wind on moves. Shutter blades simply do not move when shutter is fired. Light meter responds to light and is accurate Had a tiny knock at the left upper front corner. See pictures.

Camera shows minor signs of prior use and is cosmetically in very good condition. Shows no scuffs, few tiny scratches, one ding, no dents. Finder shows a slight cloudiness. Cover shows no wear. Aperture and shutter speed rings move smooth.
The lens is overall in good condition. Lettering is bright and clean. Shows no dings, no dents, no paint rub off, minor scuff marks, minor small scratches, some wear. Lens focus moves smooth. The elements are in very good condition. No cleaning marks, no scratches, no haze, no fungus, no separation. Shows no dust particles inside. Aperture blades show minor wear and are clean.
